I was with this company for one and a half years. This is probably the most down-to-earth realistic rental company I've ever dealt with. It does not seem like they're trying to exploit you for money or get over on you. They actually treated me like a human and listened to my requests and fairly accommodated them. Anytime there is any issues with the house, which wasn't many, they never hassled me, gave me a hard time, or tried to blame me like other companies have done. They answered promptly to all requests and sent technicians out immediately. Even when there was a time I had an issue with a vendor, they promptly handled it and did not brush me off and was on my side. They communicate not too much, not too little, just enough. Not too much to annoy you or not too little worry if you're left in the dark alone. I am now a homeowner, but if I was to ever rent again I would definitely go through them and I will definitely send recommendations this way going forward.
